At MailVibes we know the importance of your data, that is why our company does everything possible to collect the least amount of data possible and we never store the content of your messages.

Data transfer

Gmail does not allow tools such as MailVibes to integrate without the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), this means that all data is encrypted between the browser and a web server when performing a data transfer.

MailVibes takes all measures to ensure that your data is treated safely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will be made to an organization or country, we only communicate with Google’s servers through the Gmail API (OAuth) and you can revoke access at any time.

Spam policy

We strive to make MailVibes an ethical and user-friendly product. The following terms will ensure a good experience for your, our users, and for us the creators of MailVibes. You must to these terms before using MailVibes.

Anti-Spam policy

Spam cannot be sent via MailVibes. By definition, spam is unsolicited email that is sent in large quantities. We have several strategies for protecting MailVibes from spammers. For instance, campaigns and the related accounts will be deleted if they clearly resemble spam or scam characteristics. Additionally, if you send directly from Gmail, Google’s algorithms are likely to detect you, suspect you, and suspend or delete your Gmail or G Suite account. Even if you use a third-party SMTP service to deliver spam, those services have their own ways of identifying spam and removing spammers.

It is definitely forbidden to promote on MailVibes through emails that users send from their accounts.

Sending limits

MailVibes software will attempt to deliver your email campaign to your recipients, but we cannot guarantee that your emails will be delivered. Because we rely on Google’s infrastructure for delivery, you agree that we cannot be held responsible if your particular Gmail or G Suite account has reached its capacity, as determined by Google.

Gmail and G Suite account suspensions or closures

MailVibes is not responsible if Google terminates or suspends your Google or Gmail account due to the use of MailVibes. You are responsible for the email activity within your Gmail account. You understand and agree that MailVibes is designed to automate the sending of mass emails through your Google account, and that is your responsibility to comply with with Google’s terms and conditions. MailVibes does not have the ability to reinstate a Google account if Google decides to suspend or terminated it.
